If you don't like being watched all the time, don't work at Mystic Lake. It is a casino of course and camera's are all around you. They did not promote a healthy work life culture and that should be improved.
There were employee's in my work unit that were very toxic to each other and never got along. When I left the company and the Player Development department, it was a mess. I use 'holidays' loosely because they say you get Holiday pay, but that's only around Christmas time Holiday pay should be Every federal holiday. Expect to work on Weekends and Holidays, especially if you work on the floor. Salaried positions will take you years to get because either 1.) The incumbent has been their for years and wont leave anytime soon 2.) highly competitive and sought after roles. Pay is worse too with rising cost of living. Depending on the position you can kiss M-F goodbye. Your work life balance will not be very good. Multi-task in dealing cards, counting, and entertaining all guests involved in the game.
